It seems Google has made it more difficult to sign up for their free beta test of Google TV , leading more people to think it it was a hoax when in fact several thousand have already joined the beta and are currently watching streaming broadcast TV, no MSNBC though. Watch the youtube video update below for more info.

Here’s a tip for you…. Stay tuned for further updates! The information we recently received about googleTV didn’t take long to click in at the Google offices. They changed the invites. To what, is the proper question. If you currently advertise on google adwords, it looks as though you may get an invitation. But don’t quote me on that, cuz I haven’t yet tried!

Does anyone find it MILDLY IRONIC that the Gmail RSS FEED on the screen capture has an ad for
Motley Fool: The Fool’s Look Ahead!
hmmmmm, wonder if that happened by PURE COINCIDENCE or a message hidden for all those gullible enough to attempt this?!?!?

it’s a lie because google uses Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome as browser and doesn’t use IE7 cuz they don’t agree anymore (don’t know why!) and why should google hide such an cool feature? because it’s beta? and you need to log in and out hundred of times to get an invitation? no it’s a fake believe me OK?
